Developed and deployed a pre-registration survey to gauge parent attendance, and designed en employee-facing FAQ and all internal announcements.

Established the formal check-in process to ensure a smooth professional guest experience.

Quarterly Happy Hours
Enhanced the authenticity and reach of employee engagement programs by shifting to a collaborative planning structure. By integrating departmental input into event design (e.g., cultural celebrations, themed happy hours), I helped maximize attendance and fostered stronger cross-functional connections across all business units.
