My Projects

Welcome to my portfolio! Here, I showcase my journey through various projects that have shaped my professional career. Each project is a story of dedication, creativity, and growth.

Zoom Bring Your Kids To Work Day

One of the most anticipated events, "Bring Your Kids to Work Day," a celebration of our vibrant culture and a chance for our little ones to experience a day in the life of parents workplace.

  • Oversaw vendor management, including budget negotiation, contracting, and on-site coordination for face painting, balloon artistry, and Mister Frostee soft serve.

  • Transformed conference rooms into engaging workshops. Created ideas for different department workshops.

Zoom Bring Your Parents To Work Day

Managed the end-to-end internal communications and logistics for "Bring Your Parents to Work Day." This involved creating compelling and authentic content across multiple phases:

  • Developed and deployed a pre-registration survey to gauge parent attendance, and designed en employee-facing FAQ and all internal announcements.

  • Established the formal check-in process to ensure a smooth professional guest experience.

  • Drafted post-event executive summaries to measure impact and report key metrics to leadership.

Quarterly Happy Hours

Enhanced the authenticity and reach of employee engagement programs by shifting to a collaborative planning structure. By integrating departmental input into event design (e.g., cultural celebrations, themed happy hours), I helped maximize attendance and fostered stronger cross-functional connections across all business units.

Charitable Events

I prioritize fostering a culture of giving back and team cohesion through direct engagement with the Silicon Valley community.

  • Loaves & Fishes Food Bank: Organized regular volunteer shifts to sort and distribute food, increasing the company's local volunteer hours.

  • The Giving Tree: Led the annual coordination to collectively fulfill wish lists for dozens of children and families during the holiday season, ensuring they receive essential items and gifts.

By championing these events, I engaged my sales teams and broader departments in meaningful, hands-on activities, which not only supported local causes but also strengthened functional collaboration, moral, and shared sense of purpose.

“What sets Angeline apart is how intentional she is about getting to know people on a deeper level. During times of change, she helped people see things from a better perspective and made the team feel more supported and connected. "
"I worked with Angeline at Zoom and she was a huge asset to our "Happy Crew" who were dedicated to promoting our company culture and creating work events towards the overall happiness of our employees. Angeline was great at creating experiences that brought our workforces closer together. After every event, she would ask us for our feedback on past events and always looking to keep it as inclusive as possible so everyone would enjoy their time. I always left these events proud to be a part of Zoom."
“Angeline has a natural ability to bring people together. When I first joined the sales team at Bill.com, things felt a bit siloed, but she consistently created opportunities for connection across the team. Whether it was organizing informal team get-togethers or something more creative like a lunchtime kickboxing class, she made space for people to step outside the office walls and build real relationships.”
